As first-time buyers, we had loads of questions and doubts throughout the process, and Lee Dineley was incredibly patient with us. He took the time to explain everything clearly —even things that weren’t really part of his job — and that really meant a lot.
Right from the start, he was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and always made sure we understood what was going on. He wasn’t just helping us with the mortgage side of things — he was genuinely supportive and felt more like a well-wisher who wanted the best for us.
What we appreciated most was how approachable and available he was. Whenever we had a question (which was often!), he was there to help, and that made the whole process feel much less stressful.

Kristopher helped me and my wife with a range of issues. Most recently he helped on two re-mortgages, a new house purchase and with life insurance.
Kristopher was always happy to help and took the time to make sure that each product was what we needed, with the individual features that we wanted and at a competitive rate (especially given the market at the time).
He was always happy to translate financial jargon, re-run numbers that changed, and take calls well past regular working hours.
Overall Kristopher is an excellent advisor and thanks to his work we will continue to use Embrace Financial for future purchases.
