Usamah (UC) Elmaghdy helped me with my mortgage and he was superb to work with. He had a lot of patience - at one point I must have sent him a dozen or so emails in a week asking for him to model different scenarios and yet he’d perpetually respond in a nanosecond. Though Hopefully this doesn’t put pressure on him to continue working 100 million miles per hour!
Usamah was really helpful, a pleasure to speak with him and I’d definitely recommend to friends and family.
