1. Your first appointment
At your first appointment, we will discuss your circumstances and what you want to achieve. This will take no longer than an hour.

Get your Mortgage in Principle
We can give you a Mortgage in Principle at this appointment, if you need one. If you need a Mortgage in Principle, we will need to carry out a credit check to do so but don’t worry, its only a soft footprint on your credit score . It wont affect your credit rating and won’t be visible by anyone other than yourself.

Ready when you are
When you are ready to proceed, we will arrange a follow up appointment to confirm the final details and complete the mortgage application. We will let you know what paperwork we’ll need based on your circumstances. It is at this point that we will take our applicable fee.

He didn’t just help us with the mortgage — he also stepped in when the estate agents were being an absolute pain and helped us navigate the sale. Without Andy’s support and guidance, the process would have most likely come to an end at that stage.
In terms of the mortgage itself, everything was smooth sailing. We were actually approved within a matter of hours, which was incredible. Andy never once made us feel like we couldn’t message him or ask questions.
Communication throughout was super smooth as well, including everything sent through via Embrace, which made the whole process even easier.
We honestly can’t thank him enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, especially first-time buyers.
