1. Your first appointment
At your first appointment, we will discuss your circumstances and what you want to achieve. This will take no longer than an hour.

Get your Mortgage in Principle
We can give you a Mortgage in Principle at this appointment, if you need one. If you need a Mortgage in Principle, we will need to carry out a credit check to do so but don’t worry, its only a soft footprint on your credit score . It wont affect your credit rating and won’t be visible by anyone other than yourself.

Ready when you are
When you are ready to proceed, we will arrange a follow up appointment to confirm the final details and complete the mortgage application. We will let you know what paperwork we’ll need based on your circumstances. It is at this point that we will take our applicable fee.

Great experience assisting me with sorting out my mortgage for my new house and a big thank you to Anne Page for helping me navigate the same and purchase from start to finish. My financial situation was very complex as it was not what you would call a normal sale and purchase. I sold my property privately, and the house I purchased was also a private sale. To add to this I also had to sort out the remaining help to buy interests in my old property. And assisted me in getting everything sorted, and from initial conversation to completion day only took 4 months. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.
