What happens next?

  1. At your first appointment, we will discuss your circumstances and what you want to achieve. This will take no longer than an hour.
  2. We can give you a Mortgage in Principle at this appointment, if you need one. If you need a Mortgage in Principle, we will need to carry out a credit check to do so but don’t worry, its only a soft footprint on your credit score . It wont affect your credit rating and won’t be visible by anyone other than yourself.
  3. When you are ready to proceed, we will arrange a follow up appointment to confirm the final details and complete the mortgage application. We will let you know what paperwork we’ll need based on your circumstances. It is at this point that we will take our applicable fee.
