What happens once I submit my details?

1.

We'll get you booked in

Our friendly appointment booking team, based in Exeter, will call you back to arrange an initial appointment with one of our expert Financial Advisers at a time that suits you. This can be either over the phone or in person.

2.

Getting to know you

At the initial appointment we will go through fact finding with you to establish your current financial situation and what you want to achieve. This will last around half an hour.

Quick finds

Sometimes we can give you some indicative mortgage quotations at your initial appointment and follow-up with an email. If not, we will email them onto you afterwards to review.

4.

The 'Go ahead'

We’ll then book a second appointment to give you chance to chat through the quotes and any other questions you may have. If you’re happy you’ll give us your go ahead with the mortgage application, we will let you know what paperwork we’ll need and arrange for a mortgage in principle. We’ll also follow this up with an email.

5.

Final details

We will then arrange a sign-up appointment to confirm the final details, complete the mortgage application and we will then take our £299 fee* (if applicable).

6.

We'll get the ball rolling

The mortgage application will then be sent to the mortgage lender and if any additional information is needed, we will let you know straight away.

7.

Keeping things running smoothly

Depending on your circumstances (first time buyer, home mover or remortgaging) the offer is received and the process continues

We'll keep you in the loop

We will keep in contact with you throughout the process to make sure everything is going smoothly.

9.

You’re all set

Once the mortgage completes we will have a final call with you to confirm all is well
