What happens once I submit my details?
- At the initial appointment we will go through fact finding with you to establish your current financial situation and what you want to achieve. This will last around half an hour.
- Sometimes we can give you some indicative mortgage quotations at your initial appointment and follow-up with an email. If not, we will email them onto you afterwards to review.
- We’ll then book a second appointment to give you chance to chat through the quotes and any other questions you may have. If you’re happy you’ll give us your go ahead with the mortgage application, we will let you know what paperwork we’ll need and arrange for a mortgage in principle. We’ll also follow this up with an email.
- We will then arrange a sign-up appointment to confirm the final details, complete the mortgage application and we will then take our fee (if applicable).
- The mortgage application will then we sent to the mortgage lender and if here if any additional information needed we will let you know straight away.
- Depending on your circumstances the offer is received and the process continues.
- We will keep in contact with you throughout the process to make sure everything is going smoothly.
- Once the mortgage completes we will have a final call with you to confirm all is well.
