1. Your first appointment
At your first appointment, we will discuss your circumstances and what you want to achieve. This will take no longer than an hour.

Get your Mortgage in Principle
We can give you a Mortgage in Principle at this appointment, if you need one. If you need a Mortgage in Principle, we will need to carry out a credit check to do so but don’t worry, its only a soft footprint on your credit score . It wont affect your credit rating and won’t be visible by anyone other than yourself.

Ready when you are
When you are ready to proceed, we will arrange a follow up appointment to confirm the final details and complete the mortgage application. We will let you know what paperwork we’ll need based on your circumstances. It is at this point that we will take our applicable fee.

We have used Darren Woodley; our mortgage broker for years and I would never change. He helped us with our first mortgage when we were young and didnt understand anything, to our mortgage again on our third house 7 years on. This mortgage was probably the most chaotic as I left it so last minute and with some kind of miracle and Darren going above and beyond, he managed to turn it around in record time so we could be in with our 3 small children in time for Christmas. If he hadn't then we would have been stuffed as the rest of the chain needed to move pre-christmas. He's very helpful, always explains it well and talks you through it all and is so patient (expecially as I'm usually a chaotic world-wind). Hes always in popular demand and i can see why, but always manages to squeeze us in. Thank you so much for always making it so straight forward for us !
