Getting started with your customer portal guide

Once your appointment is arranged, you’ll receive an invitation email to access your customer portal. Simply click the link in the email to set your password and log in.

When you first log in, you’ll see your customer dashboard. Here’s a quick guide to the key sections:

Need help or have a question? Here, you can send a message directly to your advisor. They’ll be notified and respond as soon as possible.
