1. Your first appointment
At your first appointment, we will discuss your circumstances and what you want to achieve. This will take no longer than an hour.

Get your Mortgage in Principle
We can give you a Mortgage in Principle at this appointment, if you need one. If you need a Mortgage in Principle, we will need to carry out a credit check to do so but don’t worry, its only a soft footprint on your credit score . It wont affect your credit rating and won’t be visible by anyone other than yourself.

Ready when you are
When you are ready to proceed, we will arrange a follow up appointment to confirm the final details and complete the mortgage application. We will let you know what paperwork we’ll need based on your circumstances. It is at this point that we will take our applicable fee.

I was clueless when it came to us looking at our options when our fixed rate came to an end, and Sarah had helped us with our last mortgage so I had no doubts in who to ring. Within 10 minutes we had sorted what we were going to do!
