I had a great experience with EFS and specifically Wayne Danks, who handled my mortgage application. Wayne would send me regular updates and always made himself available for ad-hoc calls, patiently talking me through the process and keeping things as simple and straightforward as possible (without compromising on detail). The application went through quickly, with Wayne successfully finding a really good mortgage deal, one that surpassed my initial expectations. When the house purchase got delayed, Wayne kept on top of things, ensuring I was still getting the best deal possible. I would highly recommend EFS and specifically asking for Wayne to handle your application.
