He had a lot of patience - at one point I must have sent him a dozen or so emails in a week asking for him to model different scenarios and yet he’d perpetually respond in a nanosecond. Though Hopefully this doesn’t put pressure on him to continue working 100 million miles per hour!
Usamah was really helpful, a pleasure to speak with him and I’d definitely recommend to friends and family.

Natasha was fantastic. The whole mortgage process was well explained and easy because of her. Plus she helped sort my insurances. There were issues along the way which Natasha gave great advice for and at the last minute got us a better mortgage deal. Cannot recommend her enough.
