Had a great experience with EFS and Wayne Danks who handled my mortgage application. Wayne sent me regular updates and kept everything simple and straightforward for myself. There was a bit of going back and forth with lenders in regards to deposit amount but Wayne found a mortgage deal for me far better than I could of asked for.
