Sarah talked us through all the relevant details and her customer service skills are second to none. She even nanaged to secure a better rate for us. Simon at Embrace Rainham made the whole process of applying for a mortgage seem effortless. He was extremely helpful throughout, and I couldn't recommend him enough.
However, even more importantly, it felt like Simon took the time to get to know myself and my partner, and it definitely helped take a lot of the pressure off of the house-buying process.
If I had to get another mortgage in the future, I would absolutely use Embrace again in a heartbeat.
