My approach is to work together with my clients- they know what they want, it's my job to help them achieve it. I'm a great believer in straight talking and avoiding jargon if at all possible. I find that a sense of humour also makes the anxious task of arranging a mortgage more bearable.

Well Sarah was nothing but brilliant through our remortgage process. Which has taken us a while due to our personal circumstances but Sarah never made us feel like we were in any rush and she was so flexible with us. We picked up this year where we had left off and proceeded to run through our mortgage options. She explained the rates what were available to us with documents that were accredited then when we got the formal documents we were in a position to get the application completed. In this time Sarah has been in good communication with us but never once made me feel I needed to do anything quicker than I could. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and above anything else doesn't give you any BS to what you should or shouldn't be doing. She even told us to stick with some additional extras we already had because they were of better interest to us and we would essentially get less cover for more money so for me that a huge thing!! She even got us a slightly better deal when signing up so she never stopped trying to do right by us. We are forever grateful for her taking time out in the evening when suitable for my husband and I to get the application completed. Will be shouting from the roof tops to use Sarah at Embrace Financial services to anyone and everyone who may need this service. Thank you again
