I was recommended to Vishal Popat at Embrace FS through an estate agent I made initial enquiries with. Though I actually ended up purchasing a property with a different estate agent as a First Time Buyer, I was sufficiently comfortable with his manner that I turned down several other offers to connect me to other brokers.

He was extremely helpful from beginning to end, taking time to explain all aspects of the process and address my many questions. He also took me through all elements of my mortgage offer to ensure I understood the terms properly. Despite the fact that I went through two or three options on both mortgage and property before settling on one, he was good enough to take the time to guide me on key points of each.

Overall, very trustworthy service that has helped a lot in this otherwise intimidating process.
