My approach is to work together with my clients- they know what they want, it's my job to help them achieve it. I'm a great believer in straight talking and avoiding jargon if at all possible. I find that a sense of humour also makes the anxious task of arranging a mortgage more bearable.

He must have spent hours on the phone to me giving advice on next steps, options etc. He also negotiated the final price on the house I ended up buying and saved me a fortune... then went on and sorted the mortgage! Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me really well informed and he really helped me and my family out through a pretty rough period. Very highly reccomended.
